Williams Build and Design was established in May 2009 by Jeff Williams. In 2018 Jeff sold the business on to his then site management team consisting of Paul Daniels and Julian Wilson. Paul and Julian have continued to run the business along the same principles as the previous Directors with a strong emphasis on maintaining and improving the high quality delivery of all of our projects to the satisfaction of our clients, growing the business organically and creating a strong, vibrant and ethically sound environment for new members of staff to help grow and develop themselves and the business.

Julian joined WBD in early 2013. His experience site managing across a variety of different projects now helps him assist with the estimating and general administration at WBD HQ in Salford when he is not required on the job. He inspires trust and confidence in clients and his colleague’s

Director/Site Manager
Paul joined WBD in 2011 and continues to be a vital part of our management team another time served bricklayer by trade. Paul has a knack for seeing future opportunities and developing existing and new business wherever it appears.
Neil Hazel
Site Supervisor
Neil has proved himself to be quite versatile on site under the supervision of Paul and Paul. He has the ability to run the smaller works and also jump in and assist on the running of the larger projects as and when required.
